Vacation Day 1

I did some of this on my Project 365 Blog, but wanted it on here too, with more pictures and writing.

Day 1:
We all met up at our house and left at 8:30am. We packed up our stuff and the O'Neal's stuff in their mini van. Amy and I say in the back and had tons of room for our legs and even used the cooler as a footrest! :) Camron, Kasey, and the Philmon's packed up in their PT Cruiser and Blake and Tess packed up his truck and drove that down there.

Made it to Alabama...3 and a half hours to go...

Into Florida, an hour and a half to go!!
It was kinda hard to get a picture of all 4 of us AND the sign.
So, Chris isn't really looking at the camera. Oh well.
They all stopped in Dothan to eat lunch, but we really wanted to get down there, so we kept driving till we got to Panama City and grabbed some lunch to eat on the beach. Then we went and got settled into our condo. Our condo at Edge Water Resort was on the eighth floor in the corner. So, we had a balcony that wrapped around the entire side of the condo with five entrances: one in each bedroom, two in the living room and one in the dining room. It was more than we had hoped for!

 We went to Pineapple Willies for dinner and ate outside on the pier. We all got T-shirts and some got other souvenirs.
